We excel at transforming ordinary events into extraordinary experiences, partnering with some of the world’s most prominent companies and brands to foster meaningful connections and deliver measurable business outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic, driven, professional, detail-oriented and trustworthy Manager or Senior Manager to support the continued growth and success of our thriving Events Practice.

The Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire event planning lifecycle for Landmark’s Dinners. The Manager will work closely with clients, venues, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality events that meet Landmark’s and the client’s objectives and exceed expectations. This role demands excellent project management skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

About the Role
The Office of the President is seeking a Strategic Associate to operate as a direct extension of executive leadership. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role for a proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, revenue/partnership operations, and executive-level communication.

You will work with significant autonomy, often “wearing the President’s hat” to translate strategic priorities into daily execution. You are the engine of the executive office - anticipating needs, driving clarity, and ensuring that high-priority initiatives move forward with precision and momentum.

Role & Responsibilities
Partnership, Sales & Growth Operations (50%)
  • A significant portion of the President’s mandate is to support new business, growth, and strategic partnerships. As such, you will be collaborating with the President on strategic initiatives, including marketing, sales/partnership operations, demand generation, reporting, and salesforce/team alignment.
  • Support the development and management of firmwide revenue initiatives by evaluating current sales activities and directly prospecting new business opportunities informed by market trends and internal analysis. This includes outbound prospecting, meeting with executives at potential client organizations, drafting and refining proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and supporting the full lifecycle of new business development.
  • Strengthen data utilization and engagement efficiency by researching emerging tools and capabilities, with a particular focus on AI utilization.
  • Prepare briefs, insights, and research summaries to ensure the President is fully prepared for internal and external prospect meetings, pitches, and proposals.
  • Support meeting and report preparation for client meetings, weekly/quarterly team briefs, and executive sessions.

Marketing, Content Creation & Executive Communications (30%)
  • Draft long-form articles, social content, and personalized client pitches that reflect the President’s voice and strategic intent.
  • Manage meeting follow-ups and ensure information flows cleanly to the right stakeholders.
  • Develop high-impact presentations that distill complex ideas into clear, compelling executive narratives.
  • Support executive communications, including messaging, email drafts, and internal updates.

Executive Operations & Strategic Initiatives (20%)
  • Lead and independently own special projects, ensuring alignment across Sales, Events, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Thoughtfully develop suggestions for operational/process improvement, and work with various stakeholders to drive internal and external success (ex. utilization of AI, enhance marketing analytics, introduce new products, etc.).
  • Proactively manage information flow across the Executive Office to eliminate bottlenecks, streamline stakeholder collaboration, and surface priorities early.
  • Provide essential support in finance and accounting tasks related to business development.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and success metrics to maintain organizational momentum and drive best practices across project management.

The Ideal Candidate
You are a high-capacity operator who acts as a force multiplier for executive leadership. You thrive in fast-moving environments, take pride in exceptional output, and bring the following strengths:
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales operations, or a similarly dynamic hybrid role.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adopt and maintain a leadership voice across formats.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; the ability to pick up on nuances of client interaction and communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Slides with a refined sense of layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and the judgment to handle sensitive information.
  • A natural bias toward action—you finish one task and immediately identify the next.
  • A “doer” mentality with the persistence to own workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • A high‑output, low‑ego approach to work, seeking world-class mentorship and a long-term career springboard.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
